Customer service is our first priority. We care about you, our guest, and want your time with us to be a pleasurable experience.

ARRIVAL
Your promptness is appreciated. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. For your protection we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. We request that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home. 

CELL PHONES
As a courtesy to all spa guests and to maintain our tranquility, we ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa. We want everyone to fully relax.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service and are greatly appreciated by the spa staff. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Très Jolie gift certificates are available at the spa or online. A 20% gratuity can be added to any gift certificate if you desire. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

CHILDREN
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests we are requesting that other arrangements be made for children under the age of 12, unless they are receiving a service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Should cancellation be necessary, all single services require a 24 hour cancellation. Multiple services and packages require a 48 hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a charge will be made for the services reserved. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the services reserved. If you are late, an abbreviated service may be performed and you will be charged for the originally scheduled service.
